BMP - Closed Chain of Custody for Herbicides (2011)

ISA has developed a series of Best Management Practices (BMPs) for the purpose of interpreting tree care standards and providing guidelines of practice for arborists, tree workers, and the people who employ their services.

Safe practices for reducing worker exposure to herbicides: use of returnable, reusable (R/R) supply containers, use of closed connections at transfer points, maintenance of a documented container tracking system, and measurement of custom blends.
